Our Team comprises of stellar industry experts with a combined experience of over 35 years in the field of training and overseas manpower recruitment. Powertrain backed with Ambe International’s credentials make our training initiative as one of the best in the country. Powertrain has the soundest human resource minds working hand in glove with over 600 working partners all over the country. Our trainers, senior recruiters, immigration experts and sub agents collaborate effortlessly to carry out the training and placement of 1000 to 1200 candidates annually.We ensure that every eligible applicant that reaches out to us is catered to as per his/her capabilities and lands an overseas placement best suited to their individual profiles. Our team is the backbone of the organisation and are working collectively towards a common goal of achieving 1,50,000 overseas placements for Indian youth by 2020. We strive to be a reckoning force in the Indian manpower skilling industry. Our team uses the RTD model of training and recruitment ensuring every student is trained only after securing an overseas position.

Amit holds a bachelor's degree in Electronics and telecommunications from Mumbai University and a masters degree in Computer Engineering from Rice University, USA. Amit started out his career working with Baker Atlas, Houston writing in-house measurement and calibration software. Then he accumulated 6 years of experience working with Sapient in San Francisco/New Delhi and Accenture in London/Mumbai where he worked on consulting and information technology based projects with clients like Franklin Templeton, Thomas Weisel Partners, Scudder-Kemper investments, Vignette, ChemConnect.com, Caterpillar, Mail.com, California State Automobile Association (CSAA) and Disney.
Currently Amit heads the all India operations at Ambe International . Under his visionary leadership Ambe has expanded its product offerings and secured several new clients in varied countries. Amit being a netizen continues to inspire his colleagues and subordinates with his technophile style of working and has mentored several professionals.

Amal holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The New Jersey Institute of Technology, USA. Post study Amal went on to pursue his Masters in Global Business Administration from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Mumbai, India. Amal specialises in global recruitment operations for Ambe International and has played a pivotal role in setting up Gulfpersonnel and staffing solutions in the Middle East. He has previously worked with Pricewaterhouse Cooper ,Emmay HR (Randstad) and Madison Square Garden.
Amal has been heading business development for Ambe and continues to do so. His intuitive and visionary style of working coupled with his experience has resulted in the success of various cutting edge businesses globally.
MANISH TIWARI
Project Head
Manish Kumar Tiwari holds a degree in Computer Application from UPT University and also holds a Master degree in Media Mass Communication from NGBU University, Allahabad.
Manish has varied experience when it comes to his work in the skilling sector having engaged in the capacity of a Trainer, Centre Manager, State Head and Disrict Skill Manager wih the State and Central Government sponsored Project Implementation Agencies (PIAs). Being actively engaged in the skilling sector for more than 7 years has allowed him to successfully run many state and central government sponsored schemes being PMKVY, DDU-GKY, PMKUVA, NULM and BSDM.
Currently, as the Project Head of PowerTrain, Manish aims to convert more and more goals to his daily target while actively balancing his love for film making and theatre as a budding artist.
