Powertrain is an Indian skilling organisation that provides training services to indian job seekers to better enable them for overseas placements and encourage their overall success. Our partner organisation Ambe International is a Manpower Consultancy which holds the first recruitment license issued in India in 1984 to any overseas recruitment company in India.

Powertrain Overseas training is one of the few Skilling Organizations in India which uses the powerful RTD (Recruit-Train-Deploy) model of training - where it first secures demand from Employers abroad and then recruits candidates through conditional offers. Once the candidate completes the training - then the conditional offer is finalized and the deployment of the candidate takes place to the overseas job location. We have 12 training centres across the country with over 56 employees, 23 experiences trainers and 600 sub agents. Our team works collaboratively to train and recruit 1000-1200 job aspirants every year. We have a pool of over 4000 candidates on our job portal and are powering 10,000 jobs annually.

Powertrain as an extension to their portfolio of human resource services set out to fulfil the overseas aspirations of Indian semi-skilled population through their NSDC(National Skills Development Corporation) affiliate programmes at PTOT across the country and together with Ambe International we are powering 40,000 jobs annually.

It would have been impossible for us to achieve unhindered international job placements if it wasn't for the trust and support of NSDC and the countries we have worked with. Our Tie-ups with Multinational corporations have enabled us to take on turnkey training projects to fulfill their human resource requirements.
